Opportunities come to those who are prepared. After the recruitment information was released, Zhang Qiankun was soon "delivered to the door". Zhang Qiankun studied civil engineering in college and has more than ten years of experience in construction management. He also holds multiple first- and second-level construction engineer and intermediate engineer titles in "construction, electromechanical, and municipal engineering".

As the person responsible for project site management, the project manager is a business card for the company and bears the heavy responsibility of project execution. After joining the company, Zhang Qiankun participated in the project manager training course organized by the company. One month after joining the company, Zhang Qiankun independently served as the project manager of the Jiaozuo Duofuduo project. He used his rich experience and knowledge in construction management to strictly control the quality of foundation construction and the size of embedded bolts to ensure the accuracy of equipment installation. Strict control of construction period: Through the survey of the installation site and communication with the installers, he worked overtime to sort out the on-site construction plan; orderly arranged the delivery, unloading, handling and installation of equipment, actively organized technical disclosure and safety training, and did a good job in on-site safety and civilized construction supervision; overcame the difficult conditions such as small site and high temperature weather, faced the difficulties, ensured quality and quantity, and completed the delivery of the project. From the arrival of equipment to installation and delivery, it took only 76 days to complete the work originally scheduled for 100 days.

Every day is a new lesson and every day there are new gains. The fulfilling work makes time pass quickly. After more than half a year in the job, Zhang Qiankun has exerted his skills and actively expanded his installation capabilities. All projects have progressed rapidly and he has also grown rapidly. Now he has mastered the construction process of the garage EPC project and has grown into an independent project manager.
