On July 31, Du Xinjun , Chairman and Party Secretary of Zhengzhou CPPCC, led members of the CPPCC research team to visit Zhengzhou Weilai for research and in-depth understanding of the remarkable achievements made by Zhengzhou Weilai in intelligence and automation. At around 10 a.m., Du Xinjun and his party arrived at Zhengzhou Weilai Intelligent Factory. Li Hu warmly welcomed Du Xinjun and his party, and reported to Du Xinjun and his party on Zhengzhou Weilai's intelligent factory construction, green production and industrial layout around the theme of " intelligence, environmental protection and efficiency ".
Li Hu introduced that under the guidance of the " dual carbon " and " intelligence " strategies, Weilai adheres to the development direction of intelligent manufacturing and greening, adopts advanced equipment and technology, and gradually completes the construction of full-process intelligent and automated production lines from production links such as cutting, welding, and painting to create smart factories and green factories .
Weilai will continue to upgrade its products through technological innovation, software and hardware research and development, and provide intelligent, efficient and green products. In the field of AGV handling robots and intelligent three-dimensional warehousing, it provides system solutions for the construction, transformation and upgrading of smart factories in various industries, and in the field of intelligent parking equipment , it helps the construction of national smart cities.
Du Xinjun and his party walked into the Weilai assembly workshop, visited the AGV assembly and debugging area, intelligent production line, automated painting line and other production lines, and made detailed inquiries and learned about the production equipment technology, AGV operating principles and operating procedures, environmental safety and other aspects.
