September is the 46th "National Quality Month". In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, establish a strong sense of quality, and vigorously improve the level of quality management, on September 1, Zhengzhou Weilai Company held a launching ceremony for the Quality Month activities.

Li Hu, Executive Director of Zhengzhou Weilai Company, Meng Wensheng, Deputy General Manager, and other members of the leadership team, heads of production, technology, and quality departments, and some employees attended the ceremony. At the meeting, Yan Zhongliang, Director of the Quality Assurance Department, read out the "Quality Month Activity Plan for Zhengzhou Weilai in 2023", which established the activity theme of "Pursue Quality, Create Weilai Together, and Promote Quality Benefits", conveyed the specific requirements of the activity, and made specific arrangements for the activity, requiring all employees to continuously enhance their quality awareness, form a good quality awareness, and promote the continuous improvement of the company's quality awareness.

Deputy General Manager Meng Wensheng pointed out the importance of quality work and put forward the following requirements: First, we must carefully analyze and summarize the company's recent quality problems, learn from them and prevent similar problems from happening again; second, we require all employees to enhance their quality awareness and improve their skills; third, we encourage innovation and propose improvement measures to improve product quality according to actual needs in product production. We require all employees to take the "Quality Month" activity as an opportunity to deeply promote the concept of full participation in quality and full attention to quality, so as to add impetus to the company's production and operation.

At the meeting, Executive Director Li Hu affirmed the various tasks in 2023 and put forward four requirements. First, the design should be changed as little as possible after the product is finalized. The changes should be made after full verification and confirmation, and the process guidance should be followed up in time; second, the team members should fully understand the drawings, make them according to the drawings, standards and requirements, and balance efficiency and quality; third, the inspection should be strictly controlled, and corrective measures should be formulated and implemented in time for outstanding problems in production and the market; fourth, the service quality and work quality should be improved. In terms of service, customer needs should be understood in time, and various tasks such as delivery quality and delivery cycle should be strengthened to improve the service quality; in the work quality, we should think about the problems in the work from the position of the owner, make good connections from all aspects, and complete all tasks. It is hoped that all departments and employees can establish the awareness of quality of all employees and achieve improvement in product quality, service quality, work quality and other aspects.

The meeting was chaired by Meng Wensheng, deputy general manager of Zhengzhou Weilai. Li Hu, executive director of Zhengzhou Weilai, heads of various departments and production teams, totaling more than 40 people, attended the launch ceremony.
