Recently, 35 backpack lifting AGVs customized by Zhengzhou Weilai for the Cento Logistics Company of Yadu Group were put into operation.

The two parties held a handover ceremony for the AGV intelligent robot project at the B4 workshop project site of Yadu Group. Han Yujie, deputy general manager of Zhengzhou Weilai, and Zhai Fengjun, manager of the Cento Logistics Company of Yadu Group, signed a project handover commitment letter.

The project was independently developed and designed by Zhengzhou Weilai, including the design, manufacture, transportation, commissioning, personnel training and technical services of 35 backpack lifting AGVs and 1,500 pallets, as well as software upgrades required by customers.

From design, production, assembly to debugging, strict quality control is implemented in every step. The product uses intelligent transportation efficiency, solid and reliable carrying capacity, and smooth and stable control system to intelligently upgrade existing warehouses and achieve the purpose of unmanned warehouse transportation.

Features

A single AGV product can carry 1000kg, with a positioning accuracy of ±10mm, a running speed of 1.2m/s under load, and 8h high-intensity endurance. It has strong power, flexible movement, and precise positioning. It is mainly used for the transfer of entire pallets of goods and the picking of entire pieces, which greatly reduces the handling intensity of workers in and out of the finished product warehouse and improves their operating capacity.
