In the hot summer, in the Zhengzhou Weilai AGV debugging workshop, we often see a person like this: holding a debugging computer, squatting in front of an AGV for an hour or so. It seems that she only has these "good friends" in her eyes. She wipes her sweat while typing on the keyboard, and her clothes are soaked with sweat. She is Wang Jinxia, the only girl in the Zhengzhou Weilai Software Development Department.

Wang Jinxia is a ROS engineer. She joined the Weihua family after graduating from graduate school in July 2020. The position she is engaged in requires her to have solid basic subject knowledge, professional skills and meticulous thinking, and more importantly, to stick to her original intention. Learning new knowledge and solving new problems, she forgets the passage of time because she is focused on solving problems. "Time is a net. Wherever you spread it, there will be harvest." Four years have passed, and she is no longer the girl who is at a loss when facing technical problems. Those days of sweat have made her more mature and confident, able to calmly face all challenges on the road of technology.

At this moment, she is at the joint debugging site of the Xinjiang Huatai project's 8-ton AGV before it leaves the factory. The four AGVs ready to go are running quietly and accurately under the supervision of the dispatching system. All this is inseparable from Wang Jinxia's silent efforts. Since she took over the debugging and verification task, she has been running around the workshop in the scorching heat for one month, handling a total of 42 abnormal problems. Among them, the problems that have been solved include automatic deviation correction for lateral movement, automatic code output, network abnormality response, and walking jams, which have greatly improved the stability and operation efficiency of the product and truly met the requirements put forward by customers during acceptance.

There are many stories about her. In 2022, she participated in the research and development of SEW's 50-ton heavy-duty AGV project. From the early stage of participating in the design of automatic operation schemes to algorithm verification, and then to on-site debugging and problem communication, she was busy in every link. In order to ensure that the project is completed on time, working overtime is a common thing. In the after-sales stage, she quickly responded to customer needs and won the trust and praise of customers with patience and professionalism.

In 2023, she once again participated in the commissioning of 6 heavy-load AGVs at the CSSC project site. Faced with complex customer needs, she meticulously and repeatedly checked every technical detail in the cold and wet workshop in Jiangnan in winter. She debugged and handled construction issues during the day, and stayed up late at night to update and optimize the program. She persisted in such days for several months, contributing important forces to the implementation of the AGV automated operation plan.

Faced with difficulties, she never gave up easily, but tried boldly, interpreting the fighting spirit of "daring to explore and dare to innovate" with practical actions.
